Yesterday 10/27 I got off the treadmill and smiled at Kristi, and bragged about my new best time of 19:44 for 2.25 miles. That's a 8:46 pace for a shorter distance. I'm going to have to push a bunch to ever catch you.
This blog is a very interesting idea. I just keep a spreadsheet w/ date, distance, time, weight, and body fat. That way I can easily graph progress. I'm a numbers guy. It's all about the graph.
We were out late last night and I so wanted to take this morning off, but I already missed a day so I got my rear out off bed and ran. Like always I was glad I did it after the first 1/4 mile.
