Hey

Wednesday I ran a sub 6:25 mile and felt real strong, I could have run faster. Tuesday i ran 3.5 miles in 25:08. Today (Friday), I ran 2.5 miles in 17:27, in case you were wondering that is my first sub-7 time for multiple miles. 6:59. Felt great! I maybe could have done another half mile or so but probably would have slowed down a little. Lifting has been going great, seriously great. I benched 185 four times this week, with a little help on the last one I am sure. Lifting in the over 100 weights for back and approaching that for shoulders. The weight is holding at 188 and I haven't tested my body fat in two weeks, but I feel strong. My resting heart rate is 45 beats a minute, my blood pressure is 110 over 65, and I am having fun getting stronger. Can't wait to see you guys in a few days.
