Friday

Played decent soccer for about 45 minutes then ran 2.75 miles in 20:12 on the treadmill, then lifted shoulders and did some shrugs. Didn't do anything today (Saturday) because I was very busy helping other people with various home improvement projects. Some of these old houses out here just need to be demolished, that is the only way to improve them. Just my humble opinion. Then tonight I had a stake priesthood meeting and then grocery shopping. I knew last night before I went to bed that if I didn't get up early and run in the freezing cold that I would not have the chance. Best laid plans and all that....

Friday I did my 2.5 miles and Saturday I did 3.0. The 3.0 should have gone longer, but I need to get to the Ewell's to help them start moving. I too spent much of Saturday working projects with friends.

My weight lose has definately plateaued this week, but I'm measuring a solid 18.5% body fat.

Thanksgiving week is going to be very tough. I'll drive to Utah Tuesday and a big fat wimp when it comes to running in the cold. We'll see how much the holiday hurts me.

Where are the Ewell's moving? I know you already told me but I forgot; trying to shove a whole bunch of useless, I mean extremely important, information into your head will do that. Good job on the runs and on having your priorities right. With all that Tim has done over the years it would have been unfortunate if you were unable to help him because your legs were too sore.

As far as Utah and running, I nearly froze my ears off one time running into the wind on the way home adn then refused to run when the temp was below 40 degrees. Still my general rule of thumb actually. I feel for you man. You could always do one of those one week trial memberships at a gym and then get up early before family festivities begin. Just a thought, a bad one, but a thought nonetheless.
