Tuesday and Wednesday
Tuesday I ran with a friend who doesn't run very much, we ran 2.5 miles in 21:47. Temp was 38 degrees and it was raining, but we had fun. I worked chest, triceps, and abdominal in the weight room before the run.
Wednesday. Ran a 10k on the treadmill, 6.2 miles that is, because it was a little cold outside, 26 before the windchill, and yes, it was very windy today. It also happened to be snowing. Anyway, stayed inside the gym and ran 46:10, biked 7.5 miles on the stationary, lifted back, and then went home. 7.27 pace is getting closer to my goal of sub 7 for long run.

Makes me feel warm and fuzzy to think your friend who hardly ever runs did my morning workout in the same time.
Weather sounds like a challenge. You'll likely be indoors more and more.
I've got to get weight lifting. The running is getting a bit boring.
My one upside is I've measure 18.5% body fat four days in a row. I might actually hit my 17% goal by January. Unfortunately I've got Thanksgiving and Christmas between now and then. We'll see if I make it.
you'll make it. Oh, my friend is 23, has around 10% body fat, bench presses around 285 just for fun, and plays basketball every thursday night. Age is unfortunately a factor I'm afraid.
