Thursday

Ran for 1.5 miles, 10:45, then biked for 15 minutes and worked legs. I leg-pressed 515 lbs 8 times today for my final leg set. Felt solid, no shaking, no discomfort.

My calves are getting pretty cute as well. I still have chicken legs Jason, just strong and sexy chicken legs.
