F-R-E-S-H refresh
Just a quick post. What's up? Been a while, I know, but anyway...ran alot during my break and feel pretty good. I am excited to start the 6th trimester and find it amazing that we have been here for nearly two years already. Also means that I have only 4 months until the sprint tri at westlake in June. I still need to find an olympic a few months after that.
I ran on the treadmill all this last week, well, more like the last three weeks really. TOday was an easy day on my schedule and I loved it, 2 miles, 15:36, ahr 149, mhr 156. Felt great, new shoes already feel much better to run in. Tomorrow I will begin my get up early routine for real, I have been practicing during the break and it has worked very well for me. At any rate, no running tomorrow but I will bike and work on core muscles and stretching, than hopefully catch my first swim in two weeks at night. I look forward to resuming this form of communication. John
