Hey, today I worked out legs in the weight room and then ran to the mississippi and back (couple hundred feet elevation). This is the first time I have done "true" squats in about 15 years. Needless to say, my hammies and groin muscles are super sore. But I am feeling restless and so I am about to hop on the bike and ride for a bit. I wanted to post a few links of 3 of my favorite runs that I have done in the last week. The longest of the three is the one that I ran last thursday in the freezing cold rain when my Nike+ refused to cooperate:

Maybe you'll have to cut and paste, but it is a pretty cool website. Just paste one and then change the 6 digit number in the appropriate place, then you won't need to keep cutting and pasting. Yada yada yada. John
