Wednesday

Pecs in the gym. I then biked very hard for about 40-45 minutes using one of those Spinerval videos. Lots of different segments of varying speed and difficulty. It was a great workout.

Variety is the spice of life.

My times yesterday and today were identical. I'm down to a 8:30 pace for 2.5 miles. On Saturday I'll see how well I hold up for a third mile. Progress, always progress! My goal is to be down to 8 mins flat by the end of February.

I did get a strong cramp starting at 1.5 miles yesterday. Today it happened again, but not as strong. And my last half mile felt really good.

Can't wait to get my weights set up.

Good stuff Jason, your times are improving, your vitals are real good, you have a great new weightset...I would say that taking into consideration your wonderful wife and beautiful children, your successful career, etc. you have much reason to rejoice. Keep up the good work. I am getting excited to see you in a few weeks!

There, I got the cheeseball out of the system. I am a Cherry after all. Anyway, good job, keep up the good work, and I am excited to come home for Christmas. See, that was much more concise and way way less cheesey. :)

I do have much reason to rejoice. But the weights are a little bit coming yet. I've been at the church or otherwise occupied since we got the boxes in the garge. And Kristi is flying to Utah tonight returning late Saturday night so I won't get them set up tomorrow either.

Christmas will be a blast! I confirmed all my days off with my boss today so now I just have to wait for Christmas to get here.
