Monday we went to Disneyland so I didn't bother running in the morning. Not that walking around all day is the same, but it does burn plenty of calories. Tuesday morning I did my 4.67 mile run. Now that I know it's not the 4.75 I thought it was I pushed for a better time and did 38 minutes even.
Pace=8:08 mhr=192 ahr=178
My first and best mile was a 7:26 pace. But by the end I was really pushing my heart rate to get a 8:23 pace. My ahr for the last 0.67 miles was 189 bpm.
Overall it was 26 seconds faster than Friday's time so I was happy.
This Garmin watch is lots of fun. More data than I know what to do with.
