East Canyon Mountain Bike
Did you catch that the title is a hyperlink out to MotionBased and a log of the ride? Since you asked where it was that I rode. I did the same thing with last weeks bike as well.
The week I missed two of my prescribed runs, but I feel like football and the biking more than made up for it. This week looks like a bit of a recovery week with only 14 miles. No long run this week only two five miles and a four mile. This is definately the week to get some swimming in. We'll see if I'm able to actually get it done.
Today's probably a mixed day for you. Nice to have your house back, but a bummer that everyone's gone. Mom and dad will take off this afternoon, and this will be my last week off. I'm very anxious to get back to work, but with the baby coming we're starting to feel like we've only so much time to get everything in order.

Yeah, total mixed bag. Glad to have my space but the quietness is loud, if you know what I'm saying. Anyway, no I didn't catch the link title last week so thanks for the heads up. How do you do that? I would like to do that with my run routes as well. I agree with you on the baby as well. Christy is in that awkward, tired all the time phase so I need to step it up and help out around the house more, and dinner's are a rarity, etc.
So...today I ran a recovery run, 2.7 miles, 21:56, pace 8:01. It felt slow and my heart rate never got above 1:55. Actually, the first 1.5 miles I ran about a 8:15 pace and my heart rate was never above 145, but it was just too slow so I picked it up and finished a little faster. I then had a great leg workout in the weightroom. Tomorrow I will run in the morning, probably about 5 miles, then either bike or swim at night depending on whether Christy feels well enough to go to her presidency meeting. She is battling a sinus infection and losing at the moment.
The link in the title feature showed up when you did the new site. When I hit create post under the title input area you see an input area that says, "Link:." I just past in the url and presto. Fun!
