It's been a while
Wow, I didn't realize it had been two weeks since I wrote anything. Life has been busy. I am really into the final push for this triathlon and preparing for my final exams as well. I had two weeks of exams (hence the disappearing act), sorry about the hiatus. I have been running 5 times a week, swimming twice, playing basketball on Thursdays and biking every tuesday. This is the last week for lifting weights until after the tri is over, tomorrow being my last workout. I am pretty frustrated right now, all my times are crap, for everything, except biking which I am only doing once a week. I don't like this program that I am doing at the moment and will definitely reevaluate fo the the next time I do a tri. Anyway, I saw X-Men III tonight, it was...unexpected but good. Hope things are going well with your search Jason. Mike, how does your schedule look right now? On Monday or Tuesday can you help me install some programs and figure out the router, etc?

And another week slips by . . .
Life's been turned all upside down for me. With no fixed schedule my work outs are all over the place. I took clothes, but ended up not doing any running at Pismo over Memorial Day. And I've only run once since I got back. It's getting pretty hot around here and if I'm not out running before 6:30'ish I chicken out.
I did get a couple of good lifting workouts in last week, but now that my lifting partner is prego it's getting harder. The garage is also messed up right now so I have to dig a bit to get to the weights. My Saturday project is to straighten up the garage so hopefully that impediment will go away. I did a max on bench last week and put up 190 lbs. I think my previous max was 170 lbs. so that feels good.
Outside of that life's just moving along. I did have a job interview yesterday. The interviews (I met five different people) went well, but I'm not sure I want the job. We'll see. Catch you later.
