Monday, Natalie, and Computer stuff
Today is the last day of a four day weekend and I am enjoying myself. Got up at 6:30 (woohoo), and ran 4 miles on the treadmill. 27:50. 6:58 pace. Another great run cut short by a swift slam into the front of the treadmill with about 1/4 of a mile left. Apparently, this machine doesn't like being up above 9.0 mph, I was at 9.5 mph. Anyway, I felt great and could have run longer but I promised Christy and the kids I would make french toast for breakfast. Delicious.
Mike, how is Natalie? I have been thinking about her all day and hope that the biopsy went well, will it take long to get the results back? Was Natalie's mom helpful to have along or did she go nuts on the doctors? Anyway, give me a call when you get the chance. At some point I still want to talk to you about computers. The decision has been virtually made; I am going to buy parts and build my own, but I still want to have your input while I am buying, etc. I don't think I like the newegg site, thus I am leaning towards Tigerdirect. Jason, any input on building a pc?

Sorry about the treadmill stuff. Once is kind of funny, but twice and it's already old. Today we were up at 5:30 for a good lower body lift. Have I ever mentioned that I hate squats. We had a ward fast yesterday so I felt kind of weak this morning. I also stopped the creatine, but I think the weak feeling was more the fast.
Kristi's head to San Jose tomorrow for Tamara's wedding at the end of the week and won't be back until late Saturday. As of now I'm planning one of those Saturday runs were I just go and enjoy it. I nice something to look forward to. Let's just hope the weather holds up.
As for building computers, I'd say it's a very good comparision to building your own bike. It will probably cost you a bit more in the end and unless you know what you're doing it can get to be a real pain very quick. As for places to get parts I actually really like newegg.com. I've also bought stuff from TigetDirect.com with no complaints at all.
Mike, if you have any time to check in here please do update us. We're thinking about and praying for Natalie. Kristi said she had a nice talk with you yesterday. She was telling me how impressed she was with how well you're dealing with a very stressful time. Hang in there we're praying for you as well.
